The app is used by restaurant employees under an American chain of restaurants’ portfolio of brands. App is manually tested on all mobile, tablet apps and also the web app. React is used to develop the app mostly. Azure is used for test repository management, running test cases, bug tracking, version releases and other CI/CD actions based as per sprint plans. Used PostMan for API testing and Rest Assured for automating the APIs. Used Burpesuite for basic network testing and accessing the app via proxies and VPN use.

This application affiliates itself with various brands as a widget and offers general solutions to the consumers with an agent assigned to help on the specified topic. React, AngularJS, and JS are used to develop the app. Single handedly managed the projects test plan, bug management, manual testing across web and mobile devices post the SIT phase. Used Playwright(JS) for automating the functional scenarios for Brand App. Used Salesforce portal for setting campaigns and their conditions, monitoring the traffic’s network ids. Later added AI chatbots to the chat feature as well.

This application helps users to learn musical pieces with the inbuilt libraries provided and assigns relevant practice that targets skill gaps and proficiency standards with a combination of embedded benchmark assessment. ReactNative was used to develop this application. Initially started with manual functional testing on Android/iOS devices for bugs. Later performed mobile automation using Appium(TestNG) using Eclipse IDE.

American e-commerce company focused on handmade or vintage items and craft supplies. Performed Functional and Non functional testing(JMeter) for cross platform browsers and devices. Basic API testing using postman, devtools etc. Used Cypress(JS) using Typescript to automate the web app.

Provides financial services to people who have mobile phones, but do not have bank accounts, or only have limited access to banking services etc. Manual testing was done for functional sanity/regression testing. JIRA was used for maintaining/running test suites, defect tracking and version release management. Automation was done using Selenium with cucumber reports generated.

Used VersionOne for version control and release, Selenium for automation and TeamCity for running automation scripts frequently.

App uses React for development. Lead QAs to maintain the test suite, perform functional testing during releases, perform API testing using devtools/postman, provide sign offs,etc. There was no particular pipeline as the app is in its early stage.
